2. Service
Needle is a Discogs wantlist monitoring tool with real-time Telegram alerts. The service requires a valid Discogs account. Needle is neither affiliated with nor sponsored by Discogs.
3. Pricing and billing
Access to the service is billed at €5 incl. tax per month, charged in advance via Polar. The subscription has no minimum term and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from the “Settings → Manage my subscription” page.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, as the digital service is provided immediately after payment, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal from first use. Cancellation remains possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the paid period.
5. Availability
Needle aims for maximum availability but guarantees no SLA. Interruptions linked to the Discogs API, Telegram, Polar or maintenance operations give no right to compensation.
6. Liability
Needle is an alerting tool: it guarantees neither the availability of a pressing nor the success of a purchase on Discogs. Needle's liability is limited to the subscription amount paid over the last 12 months.
7. Termination for cause
Needle reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of API abuse, attempts to bypass payment, payment fraud or violation of the Discogs terms of use.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
